Dawson made breakfast for Ubba

Dawson was home sick on Monday April the 4th but he was starting to feel better.  He must have woke up hungry because he got up and fixed himself breakfast.  Alex was getting ready to go back to school and Dawson was so sweet and fixed Alex breakfast too!!  They had corn dogs!!!  Alex couldn't bring himself to eat a corn dog and ketchup before 8 am. 

Dawson fell in the creek!

I followed this in slow motion.  He starts out crossing the creek, lost his balance and fell in and had to climb up the wall to get back out.  Then he decided he needed to change clothes!

It's Tanning Season!

Mary Beth and I are trying to come out of the comfort food zone at lunch and get into the tanning zone.  We have joined Sun Tan City here in Knoxville and they have the best beds in the entire world!  I love tanning!!!!!   http://www.suntancity.com/

The Flood

On February 28th it was pouring rain all day.  Since I have a creek in front of my house at times this may cause some concern.  My wonderful neighbor Mrs. Tina was keeping a watch on the creek.  Mid morning she sends me a text and says the creek is a little high but is looking ok.  Then about one hour later I got another text that says I may want to come home.  As I was driving home she sent me a picture of my house and I immediately just started crying.  I prayed the entire way home that I would have a home left by the time I got there and thank God I did!!  We have a big mess to clean up in the yard but the house is OK!!
